We are! We work M-F (8am-4pm MST) and like to take our weekends off to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Colorado (where we are based). 

We are a small team and receive quite a lot of calls, so we can't always pick up when our customers call in. The fastest way to get in touch with us is through email, but feel free to leave a voicemail if you'd like to talk with us on the phone. We can generally call customers back in a day or two. With email, we can usually get back to you in a few hours or less.

We do check emails over the weekend but we can't promise the same response time as is typical of us during the week, so if you need some help sooner than later, check out our FAQs. We have some great info in there. 🤗
