How long does it normally take to get my order once I place it?Updated a year ago

US SHIPPING

On weekdays, we are usually able to ship out orders within 24-48 hours. And then it takes about 7-10 days to get to you. Sometimes, we use Amazon to fulfill items we do not have in house. Once we push an order to Amazon and it's been packed, it can take a few days before it ships out depending on where you are located. As soon as your package ships, we will email you some tracking information to the email on file!

With that said, we can't control how long an order takes to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. We have seen some delays recently, and it looks like orders will typically arrive within 10-14 business days. We apologize for any delays that may occur. 

We like to take off on the weekends, so any orders placed after 3pm MST on Friday will not be packed and shipped until the following week.

US CARRIERS

We typically use USPS or Amazon to ship out items. Sometimes, we will use UPS but we don't always have much wiggle room when it comes to choosing mail carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you're an international customer, it's typical to get your item within 5-10 business days. Getting items abroad has been greatly delayed due to the current state of logistics, so we apologize for any delays in restocking inventory.
