I dropped my bottle and it broke...now what?Updated 2 years ago

Ouch, these things happen. We love glass water bottles but the downside is that unlike plastic or stainless, you drop them and they sometimes break. We have designed a wrap and lid to protect the bottle but it is almost impossible to protect glass completely. If your bottle broke, visit our Escape Broken bottle page and we will get you set up.

We are also coming out with a new glass bottle that has a thicker wall and a silicone wrap that fully covers the bottle, so stay tuned for less breakage in the later part of 2020.
