Can I put my bottle (with its filter) in the fridge for cold water?

Yes you can! Just keep it away from the freezer ;). If the water inside the filtration media freezes then it could damage the filter, but otherwise, cold water is definitely encouraged!

How do I recycle my bottle filter when I am done using it?

You can pull off the top bit of the filter and remove the filtration media. If you can't do this, it will decompose over time. Otherwise, take the plastic shell of the filter and that can be recycled with "hard to recycle" plastics, or you can send u

How long do I need to wait before drinking from my water bottle filter?

You actually don't need to wait at all! It is designed so that as you pull water from the straw, the water passes through the filter and filters out all those things you don't want to be drinking. So just get to sipping for some clean filtered water
