Only the sales tax associated with the returned product(s) will be refunded if there are multiple products ordered. All returned merchandise must be currently for sale at Epic Water Filters. We will not accept returns for discontinued or closeout sale items. You are responsible for all return shipment/freight charges.
We sometimes can offer free shipping back to us on small items but it is not guaranteed.

We don't have a way of receiving returns from our customers outside of the US. We are still happy to offer a 100% refund for any products you are not 100% satisfied with, though, you will have to get creative with what you do with your unwanted item ;)
